Chiller: Custom built Sea-Water Chiller System
This System has a sea-water cooled condensing unit and was built to chill sea-water down for a spray-Brine fish cooling system aboard a commercial fishing vessel.
It could easily be built as a air-cooled system for cooling an industrial process water.
Shows front control panel with Digital temperature control, Hi-Low Pressure cut-out. Condenser high pressure water regulator inlet valve, Receiver, filter-dryer Liquid Line solinoid valve.
Chiller: Custom built 1/3+ Air Cooled Compact Water Chiller System
This small, but powerful air-cooled water chiller was built to exact customer specifications. Including many monitoring devices and safety controls.
It was built to, and fit into a larger medical therapy machine.
It provided up to 5 circuits of cooling water via disconnect-able nylon tubing that went to various components of this therapy that required constant cooling during operation.
Front control panel, All Stainless steel construction.Digital control with RS-485 modbus communication that sent all chiller status information to the main instrument computer control.
Main water fill and drain, water level sight-glass, power and control circuit breakers.
Chiller: Ultra Low Temperature Freezer
This unit was a Custom built prototype, modular Ultra low bolt-on freezer unit. It was design as an optional freezer to connect up to a rarified atmosphere chamber for science and industry. The freezer had to absolutely air tight when connected up the larger zero oxygen, zero moisture Chamber unit. All stainless steel construction and easily achieved the customer’s -40° criteria
